Wilmington, DE (January 28, 2013) – David Kirchner, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, has received an All-American Scholarship for his outstanding sales achievement with Vector Marketing, the company that sells CUTCO® Cutlery. With more than 40,000 sales representatives, Kirchner ranked #5, for the most recent campaign. This is the second time he has won a scholarship with the company. He began working with Vector in January 2010.
The Vector Marketing All-American scholarship program salutes those students who have excelled in their roles as sales representatives, while maintaining the demanding life of a college student. Each year, Vector recognizes its top 100 sales representatives, during three separate scholarship competitions.
Kirchner is senior early childhood and special education major at Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. In addition to his sales accomplishments, he ran a #1 branch office in the northeast region in the summer of 2011 and worked as a pilot office manager in 2012. After his expected May 2013 graduation, Kirchner is committed to opening a Vector district office.
“Working with Vector, I have learned how to better relate to, work with and mentor others. I’ve learned a lot about myself and what I am capable of accomplishing when I set my sights on meaningful goals. Winning this scholarship again is one of those goals,” says Kirchner.
