Sales Associate - Part Time - Weekly Compensation

Vector Marketing’s entry level sales positions provide valuable real-world work experience and make a strong addition to any resume. With a busy season ahead, this part-time opportunity offers weekly pay and a flexible schedule that can fit around your availability.

Primary responsibilities include selling Cutco products used in the home, primarily kitchen items along with select gardening tools, answering customer questions, and placing orders. No previous sales or work experience is required. Representatives enjoy the ability to create a schedule that works best for them.

Position Details:

• Excellent Pay – Our commission structure is performance-based, offering the opportunity to earn more based on results. Representatives also have a fallback pay option to ensure income even during slower weeks. Pay is distributed weekly.
• Comprehensive Training – For over 40 years, we have trained individuals to succeed in sales. Even for those who do not stay long term, the communication, networking, and sales skills developed are valuable in any industry. Since most representatives begin without experience, they appreciate starting with people they know and building referrals from trusted connections.
• Flexible Scheduling – We work with our representatives to design schedules that fit their needs. Some choose to work extensive hours, others prefer part-time schedules, and many balance this opportunity with full-time jobs, internships, classes, sports, or family commitments.
• Location – After completing training, sales representatives work locally. Meetings and training sessions are typically conducted in the office.
• Advancement Opportunities – Representatives who stay long term, even part-time, may pursue growth opportunities in management or as career sales professionals.

Who Would Do Well:

Because the role involves working closely with people, individuals with experience in administrative roles, retail, fast food, cashiering, office support, receptionist duties, serving, landscaping, and many other fields have performed well. Some representatives have had no previous work experience at all. We welcome applicants with a positive attitude who enjoy interacting with others.
