Vector Marketing is currently scheduling interviews for part-time sales representatives. Our sales team focuses on customer service and works with customers through relaxed, one-on-one appointments to present and sell Cutco products. We provide a guaranteed minimum base pay so representatives do not feel pressured to close a sale. Instead, we ask our reps to concentrate on offering high-quality service to each customer. What We Offer:
Commissions are available based on individual performance. Representatives have the opportunity to increase their earnings, while still receiving pay even during weeks when sales are slower. Weekly pay is issued based on either base pay or commission, whichever amount is higher for that week.
Comprehensive training is provided before representatives begin working, ensuring they understand the role and expectations. Ongoing support and additional training are also offered as reps continue to grow in the position.
Our product line includes Cutco kitchen products along with select gardening tools. No previous product knowledge or sales background is required to get started.
Flexible scheduling allows representatives to create a weekly schedule that fits around personal commitments, including holidays, internships, classes, exams, full-time jobs, or family responsibilities.
After completing training, sales representatives work locally. All meetings and training sessions take place in the office.
There are opportunities for advancement, including long-term sales roles or management positions, even for those who begin in a part-time capacity.

Our sales representatives meet one-on-one with potential customers through in home or virtual appointments. The sales rep's job is to show Cutco and help those customers find the perfect set that fits their needs.
Most people buy, but some don't. And, that's okay.
We give our sales reps a guaranteed base pay each time they show Cutco to a qualified potential customer whether the customer buys or not.
There's a reason why we pay our reps regardless of sales results. We don't want a sales rep to ever feel pressure to make a sale in any way that's pushy with a customer. We think Cutco is pretty awesome and want customers to buy it because they love it.
How can we pay people even if they don't make a sale? Frankly, most people who see Cutco buy something, so we can afford to create this safety net for our reps.
Because our reps are independent contractors, they enjoy real flexibility and control over their own schedules. They set their own appointments based on their availability day-by-day.
