Vector Marketing is currently conducting interviews for part-time sales representatives. Our sales team is focused on customer service and works with customers through relaxed, one-on-one appointments to present and sell Cutco products. We provide a guaranteed minimum base pay so our representatives do not feel pressured to make a sale. Instead, we encourage them to focus on delivering excellent customer service. What We Offer:
Commissions are available based on performance. Representatives have the opportunity to earn additional income, while still receiving pay during weeks when sales may be slower. Weekly pay is issued as either base pay or commission, whichever is higher for that week.
We provide strong training before representatives begin working to help them succeed in the role. Continued support and additional training are also offered as they gain experience.
Our product line includes Cutco kitchen products as well as select gardening tools. No prior product knowledge or sales experience is required.
Flexible scheduling allows representatives to set their own weekly availability around holiday plans, internships, classes, exams, full-time jobs, or family commitments.
After completing training, sales representatives may work from home and locally. Meetings and training sessions are typically held in the office.
There are opportunities for advancement, including long-term sales roles or management positions, even for those who begin in a part-time role.

Our sales representatives meet one-on-one with potential customers through in home or virtual appointments. The sales rep's job is to show Cutco and help those customers find the perfect set that fits their needs.
Most people buy, but some don't. And, that's okay.
We give our sales reps a guaranteed base pay each time they show Cutco to a qualified potential customer whether the customer buys or not.
There's a reason why we pay our reps regardless of sales results. We don't want a sales rep to ever feel pressure to make a sale in any way that's pushy with a customer. We think Cutco is pretty awesome and want customers to buy it because they love it.
How can we pay people even if they don't make a sale? Frankly, most people who see Cutco buy something, so we can afford to create this safety net for our reps.
Because our reps are independent contractors, they enjoy real flexibility and control over their own schedules. They set their own appointments based on their availability day-by-day.
