Vector Marketing is currently running interviews for part time sales reps. Our customer service focused sales representatives sell Cutco to customers on a low-key, one on one appointments. We offer a minimum base pay so our reps don’t feel pressured to make a sale - instead we ask them to focus on providing excellent service to our customers. We believe the quality of the product speaks for itself. Apply now and interview within the week!
What we offer:
Reps are paid not based on sales or results. Commissions are available based on performance. Reps have an opportunity to earn more but will still get paid even if they have an off week. Reps are paid weekly base or commission, whichever is higher for the week.
Solid training – We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on.
Product - We sell Cutco products that are used in the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous knowledge about our products or sales experience aren’t needed.
Flexible scheduling – Reps can set their own weekly schedule around holiday plans, internships, classes, finals, their full time jobs, or family commitments.
Location – Sales reps work locally after training. Meetings and training are held in the office.
Opportunity for Advancement – Reps have an opportunity to move into long term sales positions or become a manager (even if they only start out part time).
What we require:
Enjoy working with people
At least eighteen or seventeen and a high school graduate
Conditions apply
Willing to learn and apply new skills
Able to interview in the next 5 to 7 days

People who do well with us have experience in just about every field you can imagine - customer service, stocked shelves in a warehouse, as a waiter or waitress at a restaurant, administrative assistant, cashier, communications…
And yes – this means our training is so good that if your previous work was as a barista, a line cook, a cashier, or stocking shelves, you can do well here.

Our sales representatives meet one-on-one with potential customers through in home or virtual appointments. The sales rep's job is to show Cutco and help those customers find the perfect set that fits their needs.
Most people buy, but some don't. And, that's okay.
We give our sales reps a guaranteed base pay each time they show Cutco to a qualified potential customer whether the customer buys or not.
There's a reason why we pay our reps regardless of sales results. We don't want a sales rep to ever feel pressure to make a sale in any way that's pushy with a customer. We think Cutco is pretty awesome and want customers to buy it because they love it.
How can we pay people even if they don't make a sale? Frankly, most people who see Cutco buy something, so we can afford to create this safety net for our reps.
Because our reps are independent contractors, they enjoy real flexibility and control over their own schedules. They set their own appointments based on their availability day-by-day.
