Entry Level Sales Reps - Flexible Work - Weekly Pay

Primary responsibilities include selling Cutco products used in the home, primarily kitchen products along with some gardening tools, answering customer questions, and placing orders. No prior sales or work experience is required. Representatives appreciate the flexibility to set their own schedules.

Position Details:

• Excellent pay – Our commission structure is performance-based. There is an opportunity to earn more, while still providing a fallback option so sales reps can earn income even during slower weeks. Representatives are paid weekly.
• Solid training – For more than 40 years, we have trained people to succeed. Even if someone does not remain long term, the sales, networking, and communication skills gained are useful in any industry. Since most reps start without experience, they value beginning with people they know and developing referrals from trusted relationships.
• Flexible scheduling – We work with our reps to develop schedules that suit them best. Some work as much as possible, some prefer part-time schedules, and others seek flexibility around full-time jobs, internships, sports, classes, or family commitments.
• Location – Sales representatives work locally after completing training. Meetings and training are usually conducted in the office.
• Advancement – Reps who continue long term, even part time, have the opportunity to pursue various paths including management and career sales professional positions.

Who would do well:

Because the work involves interacting with people, we have seen strong results with reps who have backgrounds in admin, retail, fast food, cashiering, administrative support, receptionist duties, office work, serving, landscaping, and many other areas. While each day is different, daily activities might include:

• Scheduling appointments with potential customers
• Presenting Cutco products through virtual appointments
• Submitting their orders online and through our app
• Reviewing sales performance with their manager
• Attending an optional weekly Zoom meeting

How We Work

Our sales representatives meet one-on-one with potential customers through in home or virtual appointments. The sales rep's job is to show Cutco and help those customers find the perfect set that fits their needs.

Most people buy, but some don't. And, that's okay.

We give our sales reps a guaranteed base pay each time they show Cutco to a qualified potential customer whether the customer buys or not.

There's a reason why we pay our reps regardless of sales results. We don't want a sales rep to ever feel pressure to make a sale in any way that's pushy with a customer. We think Cutco is pretty awesome and want customers to buy it because they love it.
