DePaul University Student Earns Scholarship for Sales Performance

Summer 2012 #34 Vector Marketing All-American Scholarship Winner, Gena Lenti

Wilmington, DE (December 26th, 2012) - Gena Lenti, of Chicago, Illinois has received an All-American Scholarship for her outstanding sales achievement with Vector Marketing, the company that sells CUTCO® Cutlery. With more than 40,000 sales representatives, Lenti placed #35 nationwide for the most recent campaign. She began selling CUTCO® in the summer of 2012.

The Vector Marketing All-American scholarship program salutes those students who have excelled in their roles as sales representatives, while maintaining the demanding life of a college student. Each year, Vector recognizes its top 100 sales representatives, during three separate scholarship competitions.

Lenti is a freshman at DePaul University in Chicago. Due to the flexible nature of the Vector opportunity, she was able to schedule demonstrations around her college softball team’s daily afternoon workouts and other commitments.

“Working with Vector has taught me that if you work hard, you will eventually get results – so never give up! I was very busy this summer between softball and babysitting, but Vector allows me to work when I can – so while it was hectic, I was able to manage my Vector schedule to fit the rest of my life,” says Lenti.
