Sales Development Staff

Trent Booth	Since: 1993
Position: National Recruiting Manager	Education: Undergraduate Studies; Rocky Mountain College

TRENT BOOTH began selling Cutco in the spring of 1993 while attending Rocky Mountain College where he studied theater and theology. He trained under the direction of future Canadian National Sales Manager Joe Cardillo in Calgary, AB, Canada. In 1995, Trent was promoted to branch manager and pioneered Vector Marketing's expansion into Montreal, Quebec. Finishing the summer in the top five new offices, Trent was promoted to district manager that same year. In January 2002, Trent was promoted to division coordinator of the St. Lawrence Division while based in Ottawa, ON. Consistently one of the top recruiters in the company, Trent was promoted to National Recruiting Manager in January 2004. He currently resides in Sicklerville, NJ along with his wife Kristy and their children Kaitlyn, Jacob and Rebekah.

Kevin Hanna	Since: 1987
Position: National Pilot Office Manager	Education: BS in Computer Science; Wittenberg University

KEVIN HANNA began selling Cutco in the fall of 1987 after graduating from Wittenberg University. After working as a district manager in Akron, Ohio, Kevin was promoted to become Vector Marketing's National Pilot Manager currently operating out of Madison, Wisconsin. In the pilot office, Kevin and his staff try out new ideas and approaches to the company's recruitment and training programs. The office plays a crucial role by analyzing potential changes to advertising, phone approaches, interview and training methods as well as sales approaches to determine if they are appropriate for corporate implementation. Kevin currently resides in Sun Prairie, WI along with his wife Tricia and their six children Ryan, Austin, Nathan, Jason, Dillon and Lauren.

Jennifer Wright	Since: 1994
Position: National Campus Relations Manager	Education: BA in International Relations; University of Southern California

JENNIFER WRIGHT began selling Cutco in Tacoma, WA during the summer of 1994 after her freshman year at the University of Southern California. While majoring in International Relations and Public Relations, Jennifer continued to work with Vector Marketing during her summer breaks. After graduating from USC in 1997, Jennifer was promoted to branch manager in Everett, WA. She quickly became a district manager, and achieved multiple sales awards, including the company's prestigious Standard of Excellence and President's Banquet. In January 2002, Jennifer was promoted to Campus Relations Manager for the Western Region, followed by a promotion in May of 2003 to National Campus Relations Manager. Jennifer lives in Carlsbad, California.

John Kane	Since: 1990
Position: Director of Sales Development	Education: BS in History/Education; Muhlenberg College

JOHN KANE began selling Cutco in the summer of 1990 while attending Muhlenberg College. In the summers of 1991 and 1992, he worked as a pilot sales manager in the Northeast Region under the leadership of future Vector Marketing President Al DiLeonardo. After graduating, John accepted the promotion to District Manager in Lehigh Valley, PA. John holds the distinction of being the only person in company history to win the overall office silver cup in his first full year as a District Manager. In 1997, he became the Sales Promotion Manager in the Northeast Region and was part of the team that won the Regional Silver Cup in 2000. That same year, John was promoted to National Market Development Manager where he worked to develop the fair and show and field training programs. Since 2003, John has served as the Director of Sales Development overseeing national efforts in recruiting, productivity, sales promotion, and market and rep development. He currently resides in Berlin, New Jersey along with his wife Tracy and their sons John Jr. and Matthew.

Sarah Baker Andrus	Since: 1992
Position: Director of External Relations & Academic Programs	Education: BA, Politcal Science; MA, Education; The University of Maryland

SARAH BAKER ANDRUS currently serves as Director of External Relations & Academic Programs for Vector Marketing Corporation. She directs Vector Marketings public relations efforts for the field organization and oversees the companys philanthropic relationships with academia. She also serves as a corporate spokesperson to the media. Before taking on her current role, Sarah worked for ten years as the Vectors Director of Campus Relations. Under Sarahs direction, each region added a campus relations manager to its staff, broadening the companys ability to strengthen campus connections and enhance its recruitment efforts. Sarah lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Brian, and sons Sam and Ethan.

Stephanie Weiser	Since: 2006
Position: Sales Development Specialist	Education: BA in Communication; The University of Maryland

STEPHANIE WEISER began working with Vector Marketing in the summer of 2006 as a sales development specialist in the Office of Academic Programs and Internet Field Support. Before coming to Vector Marketing, Stephanie worked as an account executive for a public relations and marketing firm. Currently, Stephanie is responsible for researching and writing stories about Vector Marketing's managers and garnering local media attention for various awards and competitions, as well as other assignments. She is also a key player with Vector Live support, helping to ensure that the field is able to use the internet system to its fullest capacity. She resides in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband, Jeremy and their daughter Maya.

Connor Boram	Since: 2000
Position: National Sales Promotion Manager	Education: BA in English, Towson University

CONNOR BORAM began selling Cutco in the summer of 2000 in the Baltimore, MD office following his freshman year at Towson University. While pursuing his degree in English, Connor worked as an assistant manager in the Baltimore office, ran a branch office in Frederick, MD in 2001, and was the pilot sales manager in the Baltimore office in 2002. After graduating, Connor ran a district office in Frederick, MD before being promoted to the position of Sales Promotion Manager for the Eastern Region in 2005. In the fall of 2008 Connor was promoted to National Sales Promotion Manager. He lives in Philadelphia, PA with his wife Kate.

Fred Glaeser	Since: 1983
Position: National Internet Field Support Manager	Education: University of Maryland

FRED GLAESER is Vector Marketing’s National Internet Field Support Manager. He is responsible for the management of our internet recruitment programs. Fred started working with Vector Marketing in 1983 while attending the University of Maryland. He was quickly promoted into management and ran both branch and district offices in Maryland. In 1995 Fred was promoted to division manager overseeing the Maryland/DC region. Fred was a leading division manager until his promotion to his current position in 2001. Fred lives in the Avon Grove, PA with his wife Amy and children Frederick, Collin, Landon and Larissa.

Scott Gorrell	Since: 1997
Position: National Rep Development Coordinator	Education: B.A. in Communications, LaSalle University

SCOTT GORRELL began working with Vector Marketing in the summer of 1997 in the Northeast Region under the leadership of Al DiLeonardo and John Kane as a Sales Development Assistant. After graduating LaSalle University in 2000 with a B.A in Communications and a minor in Marketing, Scott worked in the staffing industry for two and a half years before returning to Vector. From January 2003 to June 2006, Scott worked in the Internet Field Support Department, and currently now is the main contact for the Rep Development Department which oversees the Cutco Sales Professional program, National Advisory Board, and Rep Development Conference. Scott and his wife Kelly live in Haddon Twp, NJ with their two daughters, Hannah and Grace.
