Rhancha Connell	Since: 1990
Position: National Sales Promotion Manager, Canada	Education: B.A. in Political Science, York University

RHANCHA CONNELL started her Vector Marketing career in 1990 in the York Region office as a receptionist. By December 1991, Vector Marketing's presence in Canada had grown dramatically, and she was offered the position of Sales Promotion Coordinator for Vector Marketing Canada. Shortly thereafter she was promoted to Sales Promotion Manager. In September 2002, Rhancha was promoted to National Service Manager for Vector Marketing Canada. On Oct. 1st, she was promoted to National Sales Promotion Manager as well as overseeing the Field Service Department at the Canadian headquarters in Oakville, Ontario. Rhancha lives in Niagara Falls, Ontario with her husband Ryan and children, Evan and Julia.

Renee Heigel	Since: 1999
Position: Campus Relations Manager, Midwest Region	Education: B.S. Marketing and Management, Northwood University

RENEE HEIGEL began selling Cutco in the summer of 1999 while attending Northwood University in Michigan, where she received her degree in Marketing and Management. In 2001 and 2002, Renee managed a branch office while finishing up her degree and finished within the top 10 branches nationally. Renee was promoted to District Manager in 2003. From 2004-2006 she was given a larger territory as a District Manager as she proved her success and leadership, eclipsing over $3 million dollars in Cutco sales. In the summer of 2006 she was promoted to Campus Relations Manager for the Mid-West Region. She currently resides in Novi, MI along with her husband Christopher.

Helen Brown	Since: 1991
Position: Campus Relations Manager, Northeast Region	Education: BA in International Studies, Indiana University of Pennsylvania

HELEN BROWN began working with Vector Marketing as a sales representative in June of 1991 while attending Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP). After graduation, she continued selling Cutco and worked as an assistant manager. After opening a branch office in York, PA Helen spent three years as a district manager in both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. In October 2001, Helen was promoted to Northeast Region Campus Relations Manager where she is responsible for building positive recruiting relationships with colleges in the northeast region. Helen is a past treasurer for the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE). Helen's personal sales total more than $435,000 and she is a member of the Vector Court of Honor. Helen resides in Doylestown, PA.

Annmarie Marinier	Since: 2003
Position: Campus Relations Manager, Central Region	Education: B.S. in Business and Marketing; University of Wisconsin-Whitewater

ANNMARIE MARINIER started with Vector Marketing while attending The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, working under Kevin Hanna in the Pilot Research Office in Milwaukee, WI. She was promoted quickly through the office management ranks and began working in Vector Marketing's campus recruiting efforts after graduating in December of 2004. Annmarie was successful in growing campus relationships in Wisconsin and soon began her current role as the Campus Relations Manager for the 13-state Central Region. Annmarie currently resides in Milwaukee, WI and is engaged to be married to Andrew Thorne next June.

Connor Boram	Since: 2000
Position: Sales Promotion Manager, Eastern Region	Education: BA in English, Towson University

CONNOR BORAM began selling Cutco in the summer of 2000 in the Baltimore, MD office following his freshman year at Towson University. While pursuing his degree in English, Connor worked as an assistant manager in the Baltimore office, ran a branch office in Frederick, MD in 2001, and was the pilot sales manager in the Baltimore office in 2002. After graduating, Connor ran a district office in Frederick, MD before being promoted to the position of Sales Promotion Manager for the Eastern Region in 2005. Connor currently resides in Allen, TX with his wife, Kate.

Justin Cofield	Since: 2001
Position: Western Region Sales Promotion Manager	Education: B.S in Accounting; University of Arizona

JUSTIN COFIELD started his career with Vector Marketing in the Naperville, Illinois office in June 2001 just before his freshman year at the University of Arizona. He continued to work with the company throughout his college career while pursuing a degree in accounting. Ultimately, Justin decided to become a district manager with Vector Marketing after graduation. He opened an office in Omaha, Nebraska in 2006 before being offered the position of Sales Promotion Manager in the Western Region headquarters. Justin now enjoys working in the outskirts of beautiful San Diego, CA where he gets sun for 350 days out of the year.

Sherri Dickie	Since: 1996
Position: Canadian Campus Relations Manager	Education: University of Guelph

SHERRI DICKIE started her career with Vector Marketing in 1996 as a University of Guelph student. She was a #7 Scholarship winner her first summer. She was a Branch Manager in 1998 and 1999. Sherri has placed #18, #11, #9, #8, #6 and #4 in the Race for Charity and has completed over 50 field training with new representatives. Sherri also won the Carmen Buehner Memorial Award in 2004. She was passionate about developing the Vector Marketing's Fair and Show program and served on the FSM Advisory Board in 2003. In 2005 Sherri was promoted to Division Recruiting Assistant. From there she was promoted to the Manager of Vector Marketing Canada's Call Centre. In 2007 she takes on her new role as Campus Relations Manager.

Cady Barr	Since: 1998
Position: Western Region Campus Relations Manager	Education: Pacific Lutheran University

Cady Barr started with Vector in 1998. After graduating from Pacific University in 2001 with a degree in social work she worked as a branch and district manager for Vector in Northern California and Washington. In the fall of 2005 Cady was promoted to Campus Relations Manager for the Western Region. When she’s not visiting campuses Cady is an avid basketball player and loves to travel.
